Why pastries have nothing to do with the fall

I'm not stoic. I'm an expert at making a big deal out of something nearly negligible. There really isn't much honor in that perspective. But there is a problem in craft beer right now. It's the fall. Not every brewer has the capacity or the desire to brew Marzen-style beers. I know, in America, lagers have a bad reputation. I don't think they ought to have one, but not everyone can brew a killer
